I e-mailed tech support (contact@frogames.com) two days ago, but never got any response.

I purchased MiniOne Racing for Mac as a gift for someone else, and I forwarded them the generated serial number. They said they registered the game using the code (and while connected to the Internet), and now the game won't run for them. This is how they describe it: "the game simply does not work in any respect, we cant play anything, not even any of the games that were on the demo. It shows some controls but will only make a blurred image and then freezes." This person is on an iMac.

Is this a problem with the serial number, or is there a bug here? Can anyone provide any tips?

EDIT: oops, wrong forum. Anyone know how to move the post to the right forum?
